S&S Cycle unassembled long blocks

For those wanting to build their own engine or add additional performance or cosmetic modification these unassembled long blocks from S&S are just the answer. S&S pre-1993 Evolution style long blocks are nearly complete high performance motor kits that utilize only SAs components. These long blocks are available in sizes from 79 to 113 cubic inches and are designed to fit Harley-Davidson or after market Big Twin chassis that accommodates Big Twin chassis that accommodates 1984 and later Evolution engines. The 79, 88, 93, 96 and 103 cubic inch kits include S&S crankcase, oil pump with drive and breather gears, flywheel assembly with rods and main shafts, cylinders, pistons, cylinder heads, cam, push rods, tappers, and a Super 'G' carburetor. The 100, 107, and 113 cubic inch kit include all above listed parts as well as S&S timing cover and lifter blocks.

5 Speed Transmissions with Andrew Gears or Jim Gears
Special features include:
These transmission cases cast in CNC machined permanent mold from A356 aluminum and hardened to T6 specification, then fully machined on state of the art Mazak FH Horizontal Machining Center.

Polished billet trap door machined from 6061-T651 aluminum. Close ratio Andrews or Jims gears and shafts which feature high nickel alloy gears for maximum strength and lead in ramps for quicker, more positive shifting. Cases available in cast finish, polished finish or black powder coat, all finishes available with or without speed hole.
These transmissions are designed to be the one of the strongest on the market with extra case thickens and full support gussets where need.

4 Speed Transmission with Andrews Gears
These complete transmissions are perfect for those building new bikes or just replacing that old worn out transmission. Just add oil, your choice of drive sprocket and release lever. They will fit most 4 speed frames from 1970 thru early 1984 and both versions feature close ratio gears by Andres. These gear are highly regarded fo their smoothness of shifting and reliability. The 2.44:1 close ratio first gear with 1.35:1 close ratio third is ideal for FX and lighter custom bikes. Ther 2.60:1 close ratio first with 1:35:1 close ratio third is ideal for FL or heavier touring bikes. Both of these gear sets will allow more usable first gear speed, eliminate the notorious 2nd "clunk" and will provide for more pull in 3rd gear. The thied gear sets are also the loose roller style which are preferred by many builders. The heavy duty tranmission casws are made from "356" aluminum alloy and are heat treated to "T-6". Other features inclide a chrome plated tatchet top assembly and kicker cover, and 1:1 ratio speedometer drivegears. All transmissions are carefully and thoroughly bench tested after to insure quality and woekmanshp.

Paughco Wide Springer with Shock

Paughco wie springer with shock is completely assembled and with a show chrome finish. Fits Big Twin and XL models with 1" neck. Included fork neck, top nut, crown nut, and top clamps. Upper triple tree fits Glide style risers. Accepts 21" wheel FXSTS 1989 & later, FXSTS front fender 1993 thru 1996, and FXSTS front brake, OEM 44077-88D.

Complete assembly comes with polished lower legs and all internal parts. Top and bottom tree are chrome plated.
